Bradford E. Furlong

Mr. Furlong concentrates on health care, municipal, real estate, and land use law. He values long term client relationships and enjoys learning and meeting the needs of new clients. He is active in legal ethics, his community, and his family. 

Mr. Furlong is President-elect of the Washington State Bar Association and will serve as President of the Washington State Bar Association during the 2017-2018 year. He is also a former member of the Washington Supreme Court Judicial Ethics Committee and teaches professional ethics for the Washington State Bar Association. He acts as Skagit County Hearing Examiner pro tem and has served as Judge pro tem in both Superior and District Courts.

Mr. Furlong is General Counsel to Skagit Valley Hospital and Skagit Regional Clinics, The Port of Skagit County, and the Skagit County Public Facilities District. He has been Town Attorney for the Town of La Conner since 1988, and is general counsel for the North Sound Behavioral Health Organization and the Skagit Land Trust. Mr. Furlong's clients also include real estate professionals, title and escrow companies, real estate investors and developers, citizen groups, business owners, and numerous individuals.

Mr. Furlong graduated cum laude from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1982 after attending the University of California, Davis and graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from The Evergreen State College. For over thirty years Mr. Furlong has sought to understand his clients’ needs and helped devise practical, effective solutions.
